Contacting Support

Before contacting support, please read the FAQ. If answers in FAQ do not help, please do the following:

1. Please check the download page to ensure that you have the latest version of the software installed. Look at the Version number (like 9.0.0).
2. Open menu Help > About in main window to see the release version you have installed. Compare this to step 1.
3. If you do not have the latest version, please download and install it. Then try to reproduce the problem.
4. If the problem still persist, please contact us by filling in the Contact Support form
